1. Order Cancellation Timeline
- You can request order cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order.
- After 1 hour, once the order enters processing, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
2. How to Cancel
- To cancel your order within the allowed time, please contact us immediately:

3. Refund Policy
- Upon successful cancellation, we do not provide cash or credit card refunds.
- Instead, a Meraab Gift Coupon will be issued for the total cart value (including ₹100 shipping charge).
- The Gift Coupon will be valid for 10 days and can be used for future purchases on meraab.in.
- Please allow 7–10 working days for the coupon issuance.
4. Customized Orders
- Customized and personalized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
5. Orders Already Processed/Shipped
- Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.
